The Great Conjunction (meeting of 3 planets) of 2020 in Capricorn began the final phase of dismantling the march to freedom that took form in the document of the US Declaration of Independence. That cry for freedom traveled across the globe uplifting people’s demand for the freedom to govern themselves in a democratic society.

While the freedom fighters in the soon to be independent nation of the United States were the property owning, male class who traditionally had controlled power in most countries, revolution spread throughout the world gradually bringing down monarchies and ancient systems of power for the many. In the United States over time rights and freedoms were expanded to include African Americans, women, immigrants, and finally all of us.

There was a painful shadow to this growing freedom as it conquered and destroyed many peoples, their rights, their lands, their religions, their traditions, their wisdom. Conquest was brutal. The freedom sought by the American colonists was inspired by ancient civilizations, the Magna Carta, the Enlightenment.

Many aspects of our governmental structure were inspired by Native American culture and history. All peoples in the world had developed gifts from which we can and must learn as they lived with deep understanding of the spiritual relationship between all sentient life. Fortunately, more and more of that wisdom is being welcomed by many.

The Age of Discovery inaugurated at the previous Great Conjunction in Capricorn in the late 15th century opened the greater world to becoming a Global World. The 2020 conjunction awakened humanity to the full truth of global reality – that viruses can travel as fast as values, that countries can grow freedoms or restrict them, that what any country does can expand humanity’s progress and prosperity or damage it. There is no more true separation in our global world. Our previous advancement to become free people rather than serfs or vassals uplifted the world to become our current, connected, interdependent world where we all benefit from the many minds, cultures, religions, and the creativity of all.

Now the march to freedom for the 500-year cycle we have entered demands a reexamination of the meaning of freedom. What does it mean to be free in a global, interdependent world? What does it mean to be free in our world of rapidly advancing technologies, of social media platforms talking/telling 24 hours every day, in a global economy governed by rules dependent on governments all respecting those rules, of power dynamics that no one country can control, of currencies mysteriously funding the best and the worst beyond any country’s borders or control? What is true and what is not?

Abuse of power, greed, deceit, callous disregard for others, great harm to people and societies for selfish purposes is not new in human history, but the potential for abuse, harm, maximum power and manipulation has never before existed in a world most people don’t understand and can’t keep up with. Is AI our friend or our destroyer? This final phase of the old order established gradually through the institutions developed over the last 500 years cannot support the world that is evolving now.

As Quantum computing and quantum consciousness bring us closer to the dawning of a future that is a Quantum future, the old cannot stand leading to division, violence and chaos. Technology isn’t the future. It is a bridge to the future, a universal future where consciousness reaches into the Solar System and beyond, where our minds and hearts must expand beyond any past or current capacity.

Can social media be a precursor to telepathy? Can Crypto currencies be a precursor to a new vision of infinite rather than finite resources? Has the amazing world of our universe the Webb telescope has shown us transform our Cosmology? What institutions can emerge from Quantum Consciousness? Are we becoming a new species of intelligence, of universal consciousness? Are there multiple timelines available to us?

These are the questions of the Aquarian Age of Vision. Let’s ask them and remain open to answers that challenge us, expand our ideas of what is possible, and utilize the emotional, mental and spiritual capabilities of our divine selves.
