On October 6, 2025, the Moon will be full at 14 degrees and 8 minutes of Aries reflecting the light of the Sun at 14 degrees and 8 minutes of Libra. This Full Moon is a super moon which only occurs when the Moon is near its closest approach to the Earth. This Super Moon is the yearly Harvest Moon which will look bigger and brighter than the usual full moon with its light being most visible at moonrise or moonset. 

When the Moon is closest to the earth it exerts a more powerful pull than usual on our emotions, our senses, our subconscious and our planet’s tectonic plates. In addition to this powerful Full Moon, the comet 3I/Atlas is nearing its closest meeting with our earth. Scientists are not certain if this object is a comet or something else that may be unknown. We do know that this is the 3rd confirmed interstellar visitor we have ever observed. Discovered on July 1, 2025, it is now glowing a bright, emerald green while exhibiting traits that are not yet understood. This October visit is a Cosmic gift highlighting this decade’s profound creation of the world that is developing. 

This year, this Fall, is an introduction to this transformative decade – 2025-2035 when the Cosmic currents are signally a system upgrade for our planet, humanity and all of nature here. A dimensional shift/awakening has been predicted by ancient and modern prophecies, Astrological movements we have never experienced before, and by scientific discoveries that are and will alter our lives beyond our current imagination. Another fascinating factor is the planet Pluto now in the sign of Aquarius (for the first time in history when we humans have been aware of Pluto, discovered in 1930) is elevating the readiness of humanity for a global awakening that will be the inspiration for and foundation of an individualized and collaborative future. 

If this sounds too fantastical to be possible, look back a thousand years to a time when humans believed the earth was flat, that the sun revolved around the earth, that the King was chosen by God to rule, that feudal system was the only possible future. Throughout the world then indigenous peoples lived very differently but neither they nor the powerful empires in the world were in contact with one another. Now we are all connected through technology, economics and travel. Together we are at the threshold of a transformation far greater than any previous one in our history. 

This Full Moon emphasizes the rulers of Aries, Mars, and Libra, Venus, the two cardinal signs of the I Am and I Love. The passion, the courage, the dynamic action, the instinctual desire nature, the bold, direct energy expression of Mars hurtles into life gathering the experiences that become the aliveness and awareness of who I AM. Only from that awareness of my individual sovereignty am I able to see, to appreciate, to value, to love the other and form loving, heart full relationships. 

The world that is being born will be/is being created by individuals aware of their sovereignty, their right to act on their values and to do so in collaboration/cooperation with others who share their humanity. I am and I care. The actions each of us will take will be the ones that we feel passionate about and if each steps forward in their own power to act, this passion and these conscious actions will prepare us for meeting and engaging the developing new awareness. 

Mercury, the planet of the mind, is entering Scorpio on the Full Moon where it is activated by aspects to Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto focusing us on thinking expansively and clearly, becoming ever more receptive to new/innovative ideas, seeking inspiration/inner guidance/intuitive insight and releasing the fears that all that we have known or see now is all there is or will be. This is a revelatory time of mental awakening to see the possibility of what Mars desires and Venus values becoming a transformative reality. 

Both Mars and the Sun are making unusual spiritual aspects offering the healing of our most painful wounds, making way for our biggest dreams. Everything that is unfolding now is intense as transiting Pluto slows into ending its 5+ month retrograde on the 13th. The current tide of mindless and destructive power is reaching a turning point.
