The events, emotions, actions and reactions of January 2026 brought humanity to a tipping point. The tipping point forced a recognition that the world we have known is over; it is now the past. A new world is laboring to be born. Birth is messy, painful, necessary and brings new life/new joy.

From January 3rd when the United States illegally (violated International Law) kidnapped and removed Nicholas Maduro taking over the government and oil resources of Venezuela to January 30th when Don Lemon and Georgia Fort were arrested for covering a protest in Minneapolis as journalists who have a legal right to do their jobs, January fully dispelled any doubt or illusion that we could return to the “old normal”. Internationally, the world was put on notice that the United States now follows the ancient “might makes right” law of the powerful do what they wish. From Venezuela to Greenland to Davos, the current U.S. government trampled over the agreements, treaties, and institutions that had governed the International Order for nearly 80 years. The past is over; this is a new era.

Between January 3rd and January 30th, 2 American citizens were murdered by ICE officers for exercising their legal right to protest. 3 1/2 million Epstein files were released, the U.S. government shut down again, extreme cold and storms covered more than half of the U.S., Federal prosecutors launched a criminal investigation into the current chairman of the Federal Reserve and the president nominated a new chairman, the U.S. withdrew from the Paris Climate Agreement and so much more. WHY, SO MUCH?

2026 began with an avalanche of news, major legal and ethical violations by the government, the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, along with continuing unlawful detentions/deportations. This is the beginning, the birth of the NEW WORLD. The Astrological signatures of January 2026 were leading to the 165-year movement of Neptune into Aries which occurred between January 26 and 27. Alex Pretti was shot and killed on January 24th arousing the righteous outrage that motivated massive protests in Minneapolis and everywhere in the country. Aries is the archetype of war and violence which had been escalating throughout 2025, however, the righteous reaction to that violence moved to the conscious choice, the personal courage and determination to peacefully but collectively say NO, to rally with and for Right and for each other. This is the true purpose and power of Aries; the way forward is the People. The International world mobilized NATO troops to defend Greenland as our traditional allies and the people of Greenland said NO. The people of the world responded with courage, with determination to defend Right and the people being threatened.

On May 4th 1970 as transiting Neptune began its move into Sagittarius (a fire sign) and on January 24th 2026 as transiting Neptune fully entered Aries (the next fire sign) we witnessed death, violence, governmental overreach, a power hungry, lawless president and the movements to end the violence of the War in Vietnam and now to end the violent authoritarian takeover of the U.S. This movement into fire signs awakens the fire of courage, the righteous action to renew the moral and lawful authority of the People, for and by the People. Then and now these tragedies accelerated the beginning of the march to success. In 1970 Neil Young wrote the protest anthem Ohio releasing it quickly; in 2026 Bruce Springsteen wrote the protest anthem The Streets of Minneapolis releasing it in a couple of days. These songs were and are a rallying cry, are symbols and expressions of this tipping point. They guide us on our way to a new world, a world of Aquarius where we see all of us as neighbors.

On to February which will bring us even closer to the emergence of the new world we are birthing.
